I build the site and hand you the files. You put it online yourself, register your own domain name, and handle the setup. Good if you, or somebody you know, is comfortable with that part.

Add these if you want them
- A business email address at your own name, so you are reachable at you@yourbusiness.com instead of a personal address. Set up through Google Workspace, quoted separately, and you pay Google directly for the mailbox.
- More pages, a logo, photographs, or changes later. Quoted before any work starts, never after.
What it costs you after I am done
The domain name renews once a year, usually somewhere between $12 and $20 depending on the name, paid by you directly to the registrar.
Hosting for a site this size is free on the service I use, and that is not an introductory rate that expires. There is no monthly fee to me.
What you own
All of it. The domain is registered in your name. The accounts are yours. The files are yours. If you ever want to move it somewhere else or hand it to somebody else, nothing is locked to me and you do not need my permission.
What is not included
Ongoing changes after handover, online ordering, booking or scheduling systems, online payments, and anything not listed above. Any of it can be quoted, and the quote comes before the work.
